As our items are perishable food products, we follow no-return, no-refund policy, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect.
1. Returns – Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement only if:
- The product was damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong item
📌 Proof required: Customers must provide clear photos or videos within 24–48 hours of delivery to process the claim.
- You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if the item is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrect or not as described
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened food items (due to hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products returned after 3 days of delivery
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (except if the product was damaged or incorrect).
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with proof (photo/video) within 48 hours of delivery.
